Is baked breaded chicken breast healthy

well depends on your diet ...

if your doing like a keto than ditch the breading (scrape it off) i grind up nuts like peanuts or almonds or pistachio(my fav) and use them as "breading" when im no seriously watching my carb...try it its awesome!

And to answer your question generally breaded chicken is not "healthy" but it really depends on your diet and goals.

Alright thanks guys im gonna cook dat and give it to a bum down my street but yea da almonds and peanuts sound amazing i mean chicken can be so harsh some times the dryness or just chicken gets old wat can remedy this i want it to be like salmon it never gets old u know
