    Need more calories...

    Hey guys!

    I'm 25 years old, 6'2 and weighing 205 pounds, been trainning for 4 years and this is my 3rd cycle. Currently half way through test/deca /diabol and it's going really well... The strength increase is crazy and I was adding weight at first now the weight is slowly starting to drop and I'm leaning out

    So I think I'm ready for an increase in calories

    This is my current diet, I stick to this 6 days a week with a extreme high cal cheat day on the weekend

    Meal 1 (1046 cal, fat 30g, carb 128g, pro 67g)
    1 cup oats (607 cal, fat 11g, carb 103g, pro 26g)
    2 cup semi-skim milk (244 cal, fat 10g, carb 23g, pro 16g)
    2 Full Eggs (126 cal, fat 9g, carb 1g, pro 11g)
    4 Egg Whites (69 cal, fat 0g, carb 1g, pro 14g)

    Meal 2 (489 cal, fat 18g, carb 37g, pro 52g)
    Protein Drink (199 cal, fat 1g, carb 4g, pro 46g)
    Banana (105 cal, fat 0g, carb 27g, pro 1g)
    30g mixed nuts (185cal, 17g fat, 6g carb, 5g pro)

    Meal 3 (744 cal, fat 22.4g, carb 47g, pro 76.2g)
    227g Chicken Breast (443 cal, fat 18g, carb 0g, pro 67g)
    170g Jacket Potato (185 cal, fat 4g, carb 35g, pro 4g)
    Tin chopped tomato (116 cal, fat 0.4g, carb 9.4g, pro 5.2g)

    Meal 4 (489 cal, fat 18g, carb 37g, pro 52g)
    Protein Drink (199 cal, fat 1g, carb 4g, pro 46g)
    Banana (105 cal, fat 0g, carb 27g, pro 1g)

    Total Calories 4001 - 128.8g Fat - 375.4g Protein - 333g Carbs

    I would like to know what to add to get me to 4500 calories and for 5000 cals which I may jump to in 4/5 weeks. Before you mention my nutrient calculations please note I use fitday to do that for me

    I thnk ur good now at 4000 cals. If you want to up it i wod just increase evrything. Example instea of eating 6-8 oz of meat per serving up it to 12 oz
