    cutting diet

    just curious as to what some of your guys cutting diets look like maybe it well help me get some ideas.

    There's a lot of different types of ways to cut.

    There's keto, carb cycling, IF or just regular diet. Anything with calorie deficient is a cutting diet. High carbs, low carbs, moderate carbs, high fat, low carbs, everybody's body reacts differently and it also depends on your goals.

    depending on YOUR tdee..adjust this to your needs Savage..

    CUTTING DIET

    40 mins cardio (elliptical or treadmill or equivalent)

    Meal 1
    One whole egg
    4whites
    3/4 C oats

    Meal 2
    5oz chicken breast
    Broccoli
    5oz sweet pot

    WORKOUT

    (during workout)
    25 grams whey isolate
    5 grams BCAA
    5 grams l-glutemine
    5 grams creatine

    (post workout)
    50 grams whey isolate
    5 grams l-glutemine
    5 grams BCAA


    Meal 3
    2 cans Tuna (in water) or 10 oz fish
    Broccoli

    Meal 4
    6oz lean grnd beef or chicken
    Broccoli

    Meal 5
    500ml 1% cottage cheese

    2345Cal/278Protein/160Carbs/63Fat

    2/3 c Oats w Frozen Fruit
    3 egg whites 3 whole eggs
    1/2 pepper

    1/3 c almonds
    1/3 cucumber

    100g steak/chicken
    broccoli/cauliflower

    500ml gatorade
    1 scoop optimum whey
    5 g creatine
    5 g glutamine

    100g steak/chicken
    brocolli/cauliflower

    1 scoop casein protein
    1 tbsp natural peanut butter

    Not really a cutting diet more of a maintenance diet for me but did help me lose 30 lbs last year and get my bf% around 10

    this ^^^^ is pretty much my exact diet! its working really well, ive cut from 26% down to 17% naturally in 6 months.

    great input you guys thx. hey whats going on 405 well I got my bf down in the teens and diet has been working just kind of hit a wall and I was getting great feedback from everyone else on the post. I was just looking for a new direction and maybe a few diffrent things to eat. I'm almost halfway through my cycle and really want to focus up on that really hard lean vascular look well thats always been the focus not so much the size im pretty good on size. how have you been

    been good man

    as far as new direction IMO the best way to find that direction is to post ur current stats as well as ur diet and workout schedule.. this way suggestions can be made for tweaking..
