    iPhone App?

Back in the day I'd pretty religiously track calories and the like in Excel, but here in the future I'm guessing there's a solid app for that so that I can log intake on the go a bit more easily. Is there a consensus best app for the kind of tracking, logging and reporting (ie, automatic calculations of macronutrient grams during the course of a day) all of this on AR? I'm fine with spending a few bucks on an app if needed, but I don't want to go off of the standard reviews/write-ups so much as I want to get some feedback from folks who have used it for a more bodybuilding-centric purpose.

    Thoughts?

If it comes down to it I'll just drop a spreadsheet on the phone, but it's kind of clunky. I'd love to have an easy calorie/weight tracker that mirrors what I do in Excel but optimized for a more portable, on the go gadget.

so just out of curiosity, i see blokes updating their progress when completing their sets/routines. is this integrated into the calorie counter? or is there not a single app to handle both the diet and exercise routines? and does the calorie counter also consider other macros besides calories?
