Question honest truth what you think about my diet

okay so i train very hard and my diet is always 99% in check, into BB and do the odd cycle of AAS now and again and wanted to post my current diet and let me know what you think.

    meal 1:
    50g raw oats
    25g whey protein
    6 egg whites

    meal 2:
    skinless chicken breast
    50g brown basmati rice

    meal 3:
    40g whey protein
    banana

    meal 4:
    130g tuna fish
50g brown basmati rice OR large sweet potato

    meal 5:
3 lean pork loin fillets (fat cut off)
    4-5 heads brocholli

    meal 6:
    25g whey protein
    4egg whites (hard boiled)

goal is to add lean muscle mass whilst trying to get my b,f slightly lower, eating every 2 hours, 3 hours MAX and getting in 30-40g protein per meal
    what you think ???

Solid diet man, I would look to throw in veggies for all the meals instead of just meal 5. Other then that everything looks good.

Looks pretty good. I'm assuming meal 3 is PWO - i'd add more carbs in the form of complex. Also, i'd swap the whey in meal 6 for casein or cottage cheese, and add a yolk or two to the eggs if you can afford to.

Would need to see macros and know your stats to comment further.
