    Looks like about 12-13% up top but depending on how much weight you're carrying on your thighs/butt (Thats where I carry alot of my extra weight) you could be around 15%

    he does seem to have that little pooch in the midsection... if that were to wrap and carry over into the back area....

    which is why it is better to get a set of calipers and do a check. the more check points the better...

    Yea its all midsection fat n my ass is kinda fat, those are my only problem areas tho... My weakness is beer i think if i can cut that out and limit my cheat meals i can probably get down to 10% in a few months. Im also taking CLA hope that may help

    lol, I have this problem too. Measure me from the upper 4 abs and up, i'll probably be around 10% today. Factor in my lower stomach, fat back/love handles, and fat hips and ass, and i'm easily 15. Fvcking sucks!

    I hear ya man! I stay pretty lean year round, usually between 8-11% but once I get lax on my diet I go up to 13,14% and all in my ass...I blame my mother and the genetics she gave me

    ^^ yep. My grandmother (on my mother's side) has a HUGE ass... and consequently, I have the ass of a large Aretha Franklin lookin' black woman.

    Sucks i have friends that eat like shit 24/7 smoke weed all day for years n years and r ripped with an 8 pk. I eat crappy for 2 weeks and im up 5lbs
