    How's the diet yall

Well here it is. I'm getting very disappointed in my cycle. I'm on 5.5 weeks test cyp 500/wk. Adex .25 eod. My training feels right on and you guys know diet well so can some one critique please?

    6:30 725 cals, 30 fat, 55 carb, 55 protein
    1 scoop ON whey
    3/4 cup oats
    4 whole eggs

    9:00 570 cals, 8 fat, 57 carb, 65 protein
    240 grams sweet potatoes
    8 oz chicken breast
    1/2 cup mix veg

    11:15 700 cal, 18 fat, 46 carb, 63 protein
    1 cup brown rice
    8 oz lean ground beef

    1:30 500 cal, 6 fat, 58 carb, 53 protein
    8 oz skim milk
    3/4 oats
    1.5 scoop ON whey

    3:30 430 cal, 6 fat, 36 carb, 66 protein
    1.5 can tuna
    6 flatbread crackers whole grain

    7:00 post workout meal 630 cal, 22 fat, 50 carb, 65 protein
    8 oz tilapia
    2 apples
    2 tsp peanut butter

    10:00 pre bed 200 cal, 1 fat, 15 carb, 32 protein
    8 oz skim milk
    1 scoop ON casein

Total for the day is 3765 cal, 88 fat, 317 carb, 388 protein. My TDEE was 3450 if I'm not mistaken.
I'm 29 5' 11" working out about 5-6 years and at about 15% bf. I currently weigh 220 and I'm wanting to add some more pounds. It's most likely not in my genes to be super lean and have a good size but I don't wanna be a fatass either. I'm just catching hell gaining. Y'all helped get my diet much better and that has been a huge part of gaining about 8-9 pounds in the last 6 weeks but I know more is possible and I am getting very depressed. The gear has caused a little atrophy and my libido is crazy so I know it's legit. It could be under dosed but I'm starting to wonder if it's me. I'm training so hard. I feel more stamina but I think that has more to do with my desire to push further. So maybe diet

Hey man you're food choices look pretty good. Personally, for 220lbs it doesn't look like you're eating enough, I could be wrong though. Post up your total cals and macros for each meal and it will be easier to determine.

Ok. Will do. It may take a minute as my wife doesn't think it's important to keep that paper around. Lol. I had a lot of meals an macros written down and it's gone but I already cooked all of it for the week so at least I know it's solid

I hate building new diets and gathering new macros, it's very tedious but if you're serious about figuring out why you're not loosing or gaining I believe it is absolutely needed. Then you can start to determine where the problems are in your diet.

I'm a firm believer that I have a case of OCD and partially a perfectionist so having all the macros and cals laid out gives a peace of mind as well

From my knowledge an available time this is the best I could do. It's probably not perfect but I have to figure out what's wrong. I'll be devastated if this cycle is no good

You have a good macro split but if your TDEE is 3450 then you're not eating enough cals, especially if you are in the middle of a cycle and having your main goal bulking. Being that you're on cycle right now I would try to hit around 4200 cals and see how that works for you. Eating the cals you're eating now and being the weight you are now isn't a surprise that you're not gaining.

My best option. Would be to use cabs wouldn't you think? Any good suggestions on how to squeeze some more in there? I have to force. This down for the most part to be honest

Yes carbs since your carbs are about 33% of your total cals right now. Also some healthy fat choices in there. If you can keep your macros around 40/40/20 at 4200 cals that would be good.

    That would be...

    420g Protein
    420g Carbs
    93g Fats

You don't need to follow this exactly it's just an example...

That's a lot of food man I can imagine how you would have to force all this down obviously the heavier you get the more difficult it is to add weight.

I'm not too sure I had a goal for this cycle. I would love o add 10 lbs of lean and keep it. My ultimate goal is to get to about 240-245 and then see just how cut I can get. If you saw my before pics in the members pics you would see that I'm really into changing the body. I wanna see just how big I can get. Then see just how cut and lean I can be. I see getting to 245 being extremely difficult. But once I get there if ossicle I'd really like to get tto 8% bf and be at 220
