Meal Plan
Hey I'm starting a 12 week test cycle and I'm trying to find some foods that are a good source of protein as well good for lean muscle.
I'm thinking skinless boneless chicken breast, steak, extra lean ground beef, brown rice, tuna.

Why are you starting a cycle if you need to ask these simple, simple questions???
What is your proposed meal plan, including macro's an what are your stats?NO SOURCES GIVEN
