I need help on my diet, my goal is to stay lean and get ripped mostly try to target the stomach fat especially the lower stomach.. My top abs r visible its just the lower abs aren't visible and would like help on my diet.
Stats 184 pounds, 5ft 10, bf 14-16, 24 years

Breakfast - 2 boiled/raw eggs, half cup of egg whites, half cup of oat meal, apple, hand full of blueberries
Snack- half cup of greek yogurt and 22 almonds
Lunch - grill chicken salad/veggies
Pre-workout - 1 scoop whey protein shake and one banana
Post-workout - 2 scoops isolate protein and one banana
Post-workout meal - Tuna/Turkey/Chicken/Egg whites with 4 plain rice cakes
Dinner - chicken/salmon/white fish with veggies/salad
Late night snack - half cup of greek yogurt/cottage cheese/casein protein and 22 almonds
I take multi vitamins, fish oil
Prework outs - jack3d, mp assault, 1mr, superpump max
