    Make me a new diet! Please

    Need help on a new diet! I would appreciate it a lot for any ones diet.

    Looking to stay lean n get ripped, targeting lower abs

    Stats 184 pounds, 5ft 10, 14-16 bf, 24 age

    Nobody is going to make you a diet. You need to do the leg work, come up with your own diet, post it up here, and then we'll help you get it sorted.

    Breakfast - 2 boiled/raw eggs, half cup of egg whites, half cup of oat meal, apple, hand full of blueberries

    Snack- half cup of greek yogurt and 22 almonds

    Lunch - grill chicken salad/veggies

    Pre-workout - 1 scoop whey protein shake and one banana

    Post-workout - 2 scoops isolate protein and one banana

    Post-workout meal - Tuna/Turkey/Chicken/Egg whites with 4 plain rice cakes

    Dinner - chicken/salmon/white fish with veggies/salad

    Late night snack - half cup of greek yogurt/cottage cheese/casein protein and 22 almonds

    I take multi vitamins, fish oil

    Prework outs - jack3d, mp assault, 1mr, superpump max
