Hey Guys, My goal is to be around 190lbs at the end of october with around 9-10%bodyfat.. Right I am on High Protein+Carbs diet. I am 20 years old. 5'7 and 175lbs 11-12%bodyfat..
My current diet is
9.00 am= 8 eggs(white) + oatmeal + 1 tblspoon peanubetter.
12.15 pm= White Rice+ Chicken
and then I workout around 2.30
4-4.30 Whey Protein Shake.
5.30= White Rice or Sweet Potato / Steak or Chicken
7.30-8 = Fish(about 60 gr protein and 7.5 fat)
11pm= cottage cheese... my supplements are= Jack3d, creatine mono, multivitamins, whey protein.
Let me know what you guys think.. This is working for me so far( I am lifting heavier than a month ago but I feel like I am also gaining some fat too which I don't want... any advice??
