I'm doing a bulking "diet" my question is:
Do I have to eat like this for the rest of my life to maintain the weight I put on??? Or can I lower my intake at some point?

If you are 150lbs and trying to go up to 200lbs per se, then you will have to eat like a 200lbs guy.
When you have made it to 200lbs, you will have to continue to eat like that if you want to maintain your current BW.
So I've gotten to 160. Meaning I have to eat the way I'm eating now forever to maintain 160? Of course im still trying to gain more weight.
I'd recommend creating a diet to suit your needs, and then revising as needed every 2 weeks or so. This will give your body a chance to ramp up to the additional calories (in your case), devoid from an overabundance of adipose tissue accumulation. It's commonly recommended to eat within a range of 500-1000kcal aloft your current caloric needs. So, every couple weeks add in some more food to build your fuel intake, slow and steady is my motto.
Yes I've calculated it and I should be around 3500 cal.Originally Posted by Times Roman
But to maintain I have to keep eating that way correct?
