Proress for my lose the gut diet

Hi everyone well it's week two and my diet and macros are spot on. I had a session with a pt this morning and got everything measured PROPERLY,here are my accurate stats
    Age 41
    Height 1.77 m
    Weight 95.3kg

And my body fat % is 22.9 I like this as I thought I was 30ish so a big smile on my face
Although I'm heavier than I first thought this is no biggy as over the coming weeks months I'll lose it
I'll keep posting updates so you can all see my progress and help me when I get fed up as I almost certainly will but you can all kick my a** when I do
The sun is shining here so time to say bye
    Many thanks milky

I feel really good so onwards and upwards as the say lol
Does anyone have any tips for a good nights sleep only I keep having broken sleep:-(

Hi guys just a quick update yesterday I did another all body workout at the side off my truck but unfortunately today I haven't done anything as I've only just finished and I'm whacked as I've just done another 15 hour shift :-(
I've done my cals and macros for the day and realised that for the past three days my split is like this
    50% protein
    30% carbs
    20% fats
Is this ok on a reduction in body fat diet or do I need to retain a 40 40 20 split
Please help as I need to know so I can adjust accordingly
    Many thanx milky

Hi guys hope your all well nd hitting your goals
Well just to be brief last weekend I kinda fell a little behind as it was me sisters birthday and the golden jubilee celebratory street party...... With all this going off I had a few drinks and ate really badly which depressed me!!!!! I still trained 3 times but when I weighed in I had gained 3lbs NOT GOOD
How ever I m glad to announce I've pulled it around this week and I'm now back on target :-) I did extra cardio and upped my protein and lowers carb intake so my split is like 55 30 15 by doing this I've lost 4lbs
I plan to write up a new meal plan to alter everything I'll post it tomorrow and would be grateful if the GURUS would take a look at it
Has anyone else experienced this kind off feeling depressed because you went off diet???
    Cheers guys milky

    Hi everyone hows tricks?
Well just a quick note as off the weekend its my 4 th week o diet and I am so far off
To b honest which I havent been I have a problem with beer I consume between 6-8 pints most nights
However when I first started posting on this forum I stopped (how weird is that) but after the first few posts the feed back stopped
All I want to do is b able to express how I'm doing and get feed back & support I know your not a support group for addicts but I really do enjoy training and the feed back it makes me not consume alcohol & when I see 405 & stem in their beginning pics I think "I can do that"
All I would like is a bit off support from cyber friends
Well thanx guys and I've really enjoyed ur threads and an incite into proper diet
    Peace and good will
