    bulking diet

    need a bulking diet! anything you would recommend. trying to build still but aiming for 12% bf to start aas.

    Honestly, I would cut if I were in your shoes. Partly due to the fact that your BF % is pretty high, and after you cut down you'll probably feel bigger due to being more shredded. The muscle mass you have will be more apparent.

    At 18% i wouldnt recommend bulking
