I put bacon pieces in my veggies when i make em so its better tasting n i can choke em down is spam ok as well if i put it in the steamer or microwave in paper towls to get grease out or just to much grease n fat either way??

bacon is high in saturated fat, and high in calories as a result.
imo it would be best to avoid bacon
Try turkey bacon.. I eat it regularly with my hard-boiled eggs..
Butterball Turkey Bacon:
serving size - 1 piece
25 cals
1.5g fat
0 carbs
2g protein
Only downside is it may get soggy if your veggies get it wet..

i know i know but im a hillbilly i grew up on this stuff, ive not eaten spam since ive joined this site n gotten the desire to get healthy cuz i know being big dosent mean im healthy inside, shit as im typing im eating Hominy & lima beans with EVOO as i learn i make changes . I STILL LOVE SPAM![]()
