    Free Food?!?!?

I'm changing jobs as this one will be easier to work with my school schedule, anyway, its at an Italian/steaks type restaurant. Well since I will be working there I know that I will get the food at LEAST half off if not free, well........my question is does anyone have any ideas about what i can eat here that will taper to my low carb high protein diet? I dont want to go with carbs that late, since I will be working from 5-10 or 11 at nights. I was thinking maybe the steak, meatballs, grilled chicken salad??? Any Ideas???? I know some of you guys worked in some restaurants back in your college days too!!! Haha!

Meatballs??? They are no different than eating fat-laden hamburgers. They can usually be alot worse for restaraunts will add alot of stuff to them. Personally I would stay away from all sorts of restaurant/fast food. It is rare that you will find anything on the menu that is healthy enough to include in a daily diet. Being a former college student I understand the funds issue for food, but if you are in the game to win then eating these types of foods to save a buck or two will put you behind the game. Of course this is all just my opinion!
