spaghetti for bulk? a dirty bulk?
Your Bol is fine as long as it fits in your macros's. Make sure your mince is extra lean. As for pasta? Your choice but I would max it at twice per week and make sure it's whole wheat.

^^ this, with the exception of frequency. Personally while bulking, i'd be ok with a serving per day.
So, we do disagree on somethingOriginally Posted by gbrice75
Even bulking I only eat pasta 2 or 3 times per week because it is a processed carb, whole wheat or not. To me, it's akin to bread in that respect. And that's something I daren't even let in my house!

How's about putting ur mince on the bottom of a oven/microwave proof container and topping it over with mashed sweet potatoOriginally Posted by hsvcraig

lol, I was thinking the same thing!
I used to be very anal about my carb choices, but a lot less so now - even during a cut (although I am more strict cutting vs. bulking). That's not to say anything goes; i.e. the very obvious stuff is still out of the question - sugary cereal, bakery goods, etc. But these days I really make very little distinction (vitamin/nutritional value aside) between white rice vs. brown, white potatos vs. sweet, and so on.
I never eat sweet pots anymore only white, and every day at that. But that isnt processed. Personal choice as tou say, i know that my body/digestion prefers an unprocessed carb. I choose brown rice for flavour and flavour alone.
Oh, and I'm having liver tonight, I KNOW you don't like that!
