grilling???
I have a stove where one side of the glasstops can be takin out n replaced with an electric grill so my question is pertaining to the effectiveness of grilling VS pan or stovetop the amount of grease ,juice , fat ect that falls through the grill , is it a noteable amount worth the hassel of the grill?

grilling is pretty messy. don't know if i would want to do that inside the house. grilling is always preferred so it's not sitting in it's own grease...

Try it, it will give a little different flavor than roasting or pan frying. When youre done you can weigh the taste against how much work it is to do the clean up.

Grilling is my favorite way to cook meats. Aside from the superior taste (IMO), it's the best way to reduce fat via drippings.

Nothing beats grilling, I would grill your meat in advance for the week ;-) ONE cook ONE clean up.
