Critique my "gain lean muscle" diet

    22
    6'0
    195
    9-10%

I'm currently finishing up week 3 of Test E 500 mg a week. 7 weeks left, plus PCT I want to continue to gain lean muscle.

I've learned so much in 2 years on this forum, and I feel like I diet well.

However, the people at BB (cant post the site but you know what I'm talkng about) are basically saying it doesn't matter with timing (meal timing and post workout shake timing) as long as you hit your macros for the day.

    I still eat 3-4 hours a day 6x a day.

    Example of my diet.

I try to get 2700-3000 calores a day

250 grams carbs (all complex except my PWO shake which includes 15g dextrose and a little fruit )
    200-250 grams protein
    60 grams EFA

    I workout 5 day split. 5 on, 1 off. 5 on 1 off.

    Chest, back, arms, legs, shoulders.

I play college football and 2x a week we do HIIT cardio in the afternoon (hottest part of day)

The other 4-5 days a week I do LISS (4 speed 10 incline) for 30 minutes, unless its post workout then I only do 20 minutes. However, I usually do these in the afternoon or night.

Example of how my diet usually is.

    7AM
    5 egg white
    1 egg
    1/4 cup FF cheese
    Onions, peppers
    1 cup oatmeal

    11AM (pre workout)
    4 oz chicken breast
    1 cup brown rice
    1 cup brocoli

    2PM (PWO shake)
    2 scoops optimum whey
    1 tbsp gatorade powder
    1 strawberry
    1/4 cup blueberries

    3PM
    4 oz chicken breast
    1 cup brown rice
    1 cup brocoli

    6PM
    4 oz fish or chicken
    2-3 tbsp natural almond butter

    10PM
1/2 cup cottage cheese or plain greek yogurt
    2-3 tbsp natural almond butter

In the end, I am trying to get my body to a shreaded new level (especially my abs) and I feel like all this dieting should eventually pay off to where I will have fitness model elite abs.

I am getting bigger, a lot bigger, but I feel like my abs are staying the same and I work them out hard every day (one day weighted, next day burn) I know some people won't like this, but it works for me and makes me feel better.

All input is appreciated! Too much carbs? Too much protein? Too much fat? Not enough?!

    My supplements

    Whey protein
    Orange triad multi vitamin
    Orange triad fish oil
    White Flood
    Kre-alkalyn creatine (3grams pre, 3 grams post)
