Polysaccharide for sure, and beans do have a lot of carbohydrates per serving, however some people don't digest legumes well due to the % of resistant starch. So, if you if you don't process sugar well, use in moderation, otherwise have at it. Also, if combined with brown rice, you'll make up for the lacking essential aminos found in the black beans and form a complete protein.
