Thank you, I used to use fruit as my post carb, but I was turned off of using them. I may have to give that a try, but by chance could what germ also be used in the shake?

No problem, thanks for the information.
That's good for cutting or maintenance? Since I'm looking to cut, and I'm considering adding in cardio twice a day. That's what I'm doing today at least. I did AM cardio, lifted in the afternoon, and I'm going to go to the pool in 20 minutes to do some laps.
Edit: Especially seeing how now I kind of need to cut weight because of a bet I made with my uncle, without losing any muscle, get down to 230 (natty, but then again I'm a little young for juice anyways). Part of that having to do with me possibly going into his Police Department in a couple of month, which would require me to gain some endurance as well, but I don't want to lose any earned muscle and I would still want to gain more down the road.Last edited by zivot; 07-09-2012 at 04:55 PM.

Its a cutting diet. Seems like u should be able to tell Dont kill urself with 2 a day cardio .. Do it once per day for 45mins am fasted to start 5 - 6 days per week and maintain that for a month strait first. Then imPlement 2 a days if u feel the need a day or 2 per week.

I should have been able to tell, but the truth is I just recently started to count calories, which means I must have been a little over 3000 calories a day before. The only thing I used to worry about was getting in my protein for the day... and anything else that would give me energy.
Will do with the cardio, I just thought I would bump it up because of certain circumstances that happened at my part time job that no longer requires me to be there, so I thought I'd throw myself into the gym more since I currently have more time to train and rest.

I got the bodyfat test in August, so I'm looking forward to get a precise percentage.
I read that two threads, but to be honest much of the "Dieting 101" went in and out. I'm about to read it again to catch all that I missed, but I didn't fully understand it the first time around and unfortunately passed on reading it a second time at that moment.
