    diet suggestions

OK well here goes. I have about 60 lbs to lose. Im currently around 250-270, im not sure i dont have a scale. At my most diesel shape I was 295 17%bf (scary powerlifter type). I have been down to 220 5 years prior and I was around 14% BF. I know thats a big difference but that was before and after aas. Anyways I need some diet advice for my big ass. Say im 260 now, tdee is 3795, bf is probably closer to 20% right now, im stuck on an island, jeez. What should my macros look like and can anyone suggest a meal plan for a day? Right now Im abroad so I dont get to use the gym much, just some freeweights I have and lots of hiking, watersports, and calisthenics.
Im 26 years old or am I 25? haha 7/28/86. and ive done 3 cycles test only at 500mg/week. I think im going to try t3 and clen when i get back to the real world but want to start a serious diet asap until then. hit me. Btw i have no access to supps on castaway island so it needs to be chicken rice and veggies type of diet.

well, take a look at my IF journal. I started it a wee bit late, as I have been at it for over two months now but since I am only 1/3rd of the way to my goal created a log anyway.

It contains all my positive things I have to say about IF.
