    first real cycle, need your guidance and opinions

    Hey everyone im new to the forums been reading a lot finally decided to post something. Im about to begin my first cycle of clen /t3 with possibly some winnie but may only do clen/t3 on friday. My question is what should my diet look like. i say that i may skip on the aas because i am not to to worried about losing any muscle. i just want to get to the point of not being embarrassed to take my shirt off at the lake lol. i have never really been on a true diet. i have always done a crash diet, low cal and high cardio and its always worked but not the right way to do it. so this time i want to do a real cycle and a real diet along with workouts. i have posted below what i have as far as an idea on the cycle i want to try and you guys can tell me what you think. really wanting to get in the 220 range if possible

    stats are
    28 male
    6'4"
    263lbs
    bmr is 2530
    tdee is 3478
    bf is around 25-27% right now

    At that high of a T3 dose you will just be eating away at the muscle. I know you said you dont care but personally I feel you will be disappointed.

    T3 doesnt just target fat. It is catabolic and burns off mass in any way possible. This si why we suggest using AAS alongside in order to focus the effects on fat while maintaining muscle.

    Also I dont like your clen schedule. 2 on/2off is better IMO and I would start lower then ramp up.

    All of this wont matter though until you get your diet and training down. You should establish the diet and training and work at it for a while with that alone. I guarantee you will see results. Then down the road with everything in place, consider using compounds

    Thanks for the quick reply. I think you may be right. I will get started on the diet and work out first with maybe a ecy stack and if I want more after that I will try the compounds

    So what would you recommend as far as diet for my stats if I am just wanting to lose as much fat as possible

    fuel welcome man.. rite now u dont need anything but a good diet, weightlifting and cardio regimen.. at 25%bf its gonna come off too easy (relatively speaking ) to use anything.. save that for down the road dude!

    after this u should have a decent idea of how things work.. come up with total cals and projected macros and post a diet for review.. personally i suggest low carb...

    So I will have a diet plan worked up tonight for critiques. I am also going to do an eca stack to really help with appetite. I also have a bottle of Hellfire eph that's ephedra that's 150mg each cap. Would this work or should I stick to bronkaid that's 25mg at 3x a day?

    Stick to diet. You dont need anything right now to notice great results
