long story short i had health issues a couple years ago and had to go antibiotics on and off for a year, now i have candida. its basically where too much of my good bacteria got wiped out and the bad bacteria proliferated and i have some pretty ugly symptoms.

so i have to go on a zero sugar diet, 1 or 2 grams here and there wont kill me, but as close to zero as possible day in and day out for 6 months. this has to be in conjuction with a quality probiotic.

so my question is what type of carbs sources (Vegetables in particular) do you reccomend?

my protein sources are strictly salmon and protein shakes
carbs sources are brown rice, broccoli, spinach

pretty dry i know, looking for things to add to the carbs list
