Hey guys. I need some advice from some members with some experience. Ill start out by saying im having a hell of a time getting my lower abs to grow. I currently have a pretty damn good body for not using any anabolic steroids or anything more then protein and for the first time a few months ago i took creatine for about a month, But mainly just protein power and foods and the occasional multi-vitamin. Now back to the question...My lower abs. These assholes are giving me a hell of time to get growing. Now briefly more workout then diet. Now i have to no set workout routine. If im in the mood to go i go . regardless if its 7 days in a row or 3 days on 1 day off. Various always. My workouts are chest/tricep, back/bicep/forearm, Shoulders, Legs. Now traps and abs are every other day. I really have no idea how often to work my abs out. If they are not sore i will work them out .My workout is pretty strenuous . I just about go to failure in almost everything i do. My form is always good though as that has always been most important to me except for the occasional " oh shit i cant finish this last rep, **** it ill do it " lol. So i would deffintly say im burning a shit ton of calories in the gym. Also again depending how my legs and energy feel which is normally always good i will do the stairmaster or treadmill at an incline for 15-20 min each or just one . I will also make sure i sweat like a pig so i dont half ass on the cardio equipment , i go hard there also. Now my diet....
Well i have no set diet. Normally is goes as this , Mornings i will have 3 eggs overeasy or scrambled, 2 pieces of wheat bread with honey or butter . Before i eat that ill drink my normal protein drink. couple hours later or maybe a little sooner ill have a small snack. Maybe some fruit or a piece of chicken. Lunch comes around , if i havnt gone to the gym yet i will have another protein drink and eat normally some chicken and veggies or maybe a turkey sandwhich( i never use mayo either... ewww) , few hours after that again ill snack on somthing ( the snacks are always somthing full which has some protein , maybe a boiled egg or somthing. Now assuming on this day im working out like 6ish i will workout before dinner so i can eat afterwords cause i tend to be hungry. Now dinner normally always consist of chicken but occasionally i will throw beef in there. Maybe a burrito bowl from chipotle . Also i will have my final protein drink of the day ( at this point i assume im hitting the proper amount of protein i need to be). Dinner almost always has veggies .
Now on a side note I do not drink juice very often at all and i never have soda. Maybe once a month to remind me why i dont . Normally im drinking water. Now my party habits. I do not do illegal substances at all, But i do enjoy drinking. I say i drink twice a week. It might be a bottle of wine , or out with driends dancing and drinking shots of vodka and some beers so im assuming thats where my shit carbs/cals come from. Other then that like i said i have never done anobolic steroids but i posted in the other forum as i am interested and maybe it will stimulate my abs to grow a little. I was thinking about what a dude told me a cycle off test 100 EOD and dex EOD. Other then that i workout hard and put myself through so much pain and i wanna see these lower abs get into shape.
