You need to do a cutting diet regardless of cycle if you want to cut. Diet is done based on your TDEE not cycle. Read stickys!!
Im always eating healthy just not sure where my protein, and cals should be
I had posted on aas section that i have 150g of protein a day
and 1400 cals a day and was told it was to low and to ask here
First of all you need to work out your TDEE, this thread will help you

You then need to calculate a 500cal deficit
Then work out your macros for the day and then break down into each meal in a ratio of something like 60/20/20 protein carbs fats
You then need to put together your proposed diet along with macros following the guidelines above, and let people review it for you and see if any improvements can be made
Carbs should be low g.i complex carbs such as brown/basmati rice, oats, sweet potato, try avoid simple carbs/sugars as much as possible

I would run something around 2300 Calories, 240G Prot / 200 Carb / 60 Fat just to start out. See how it goes from there.
Go here and plug your numbers, do the calculations and like DanB said, 500 deficit.
