Like TR said, stimulants will increase frequency. You may wanna dial back on them. I've noticed a big difference since I've dropped the pre workout supps and now opt for a high carb meal about an hour before gym time.
Now post work out I still go a couple times an hour for a while after, but I also drink about 3 liters of water while in the gym.
Shouldn't beca big issue as long as you are actually going when you feel the need, but if you feel like you need to take a leak and nothing is flowing that's when you might wanna ask a doc.
