Hey guy's looking for some help on what workout plan I should go with like what day's should I work different body part's and also a diet plan to get me some size. My total TDEE is around 2800cals with the excerise I do so I know I need to be eating atleast 3300cals to get me there. Just looking for some good advice thanks -Ray
