Help with diet and workout plan going for lean bulk
Hey guy's looking for some help on what workout plan I should go with like what day's should I work different body part's and also a diet plan to get me some size. My total TDEE is around 2800cals with the excerise I do so I know I need to be eating atleast 3300cals to get me there. Just looking for some good advice thanks -Ray

5'6
bf: 15-17%
Age 20
Weight 165lbs

I would suggest your maintenance cals are likely around 2300-2400.
And bulking at 15-17% will finish you up at about 20%. Do you not wanna cut first?NO SOURCES GIVEN

^^^ agree with above.. Unless u like carrying around all that bodyfat..

You already have decent size, you just need to get the bodyfat down. I'd look into total body/depletive workouts combined with carb cycling.
