tuna really does suck. but to answer the question I cook up a big batch of Korean kimchi soup and just mix tuna in a bowl of the soup for my pro/fat meal every day. great stuff

Straight out of the pouch. Personally I dig pouches over canned any day.

I hate any kind of fish/seafood so I eat it from the can and plug my nose. Lots of water too to wash the grossness down

Helmans lighter then light mayo (11cals, 0.5g fat per tablespoon) sweetcorn, red onion, and either eat on own or with pasta, couple slices wholewheat bread, but its good straight from the bowl and virtually no difference in macros from tin with no dressing

or mix 100g oats, tin of tuna (130g drained), onion, chilli, anything else you want to add, in a bowl, add an egg white (to bind together), make into shape of a burger (I usually get 2 good sized burgers) and grill few minutes either side until lightly browned, delicious with a small bit of sweet chilli sauce on top
