Whats the bet way to bounce back from a weekend of bad eating

My cut was going very good I've lost about 30 pounds since winter and I caved the past 2 days and basically binged out on horrible food. Whats the best way to bounce back as soon as possible? Is fasting for a while a bad idea?

    look at it this way..

if a fat person eats good for 2 days your not going to notice anything
its the same thing the other way around

^^ this. Just pick back up like it never happened. Don't beat yourself up, don't wallow in guilt and misery (i'm the king of this, so trust me I know what i'm talking about). The point is to make these incidents few and far between... the exception, not the norm. At the end of the day (figuratively speaking), you will still be ahead of the game.

From a physical standpoint, do some extra cardio this week. Fasted (as suggested above) would be a good idea. Add in some HIIT PWO and don't sweat it. Work your ass off in the gym. Make it a goal to beat last week's records, with regards to time (i.e. get through your set quicker, rest shorter, etc).

You will feel golden by Friday.
