I have been bulking since the age of 16. My starting weight was 175lbs with about the same bodyfat % right now.
My plan is to get to as low as 10% while keeping my precious muscle mass and strength. I really have no idea on how many cals I should be eating...I usually eat lots of lean ground beef and chicken with a couple protein shakes throught the day. Not much nutrients there I know lol.
Could I get some help on a new diet? My bench max is 420lbs, I would like to keep that the same or even stronger if its possible. I just introduced deadlifts into my routine about 2 months ago and so far I can only pull 390lbs. I plan on starting squats today.
