I have just recentely modified my diet to gain weight quick. about 4000 calories a day.... 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat percentages is what i shoot for which is about 505g carbs, 243g protein and 128g fat. should i feel this bloated and constipated? is my body just getting used to this transition? if so how long does this last? I just started this diet and its a huge change for me being 6'6 180. Thanks for any help
