Both are complex carbs. Although they contain a fair amount of fiber, legumes would loosely fall into the starchy complex carb category. When you think fibrous complex carbs, think leafy greens/veggies. Legumes still provide a considerable amount of calories, whereas leafy greens generally do not.
Hope this helps.

^^ not that tough honestly. A few big servings of leafy greens will do it. I wouldn't worry about hitting the macro all that much in the case with veggies. Just eat a lot of them. If you can't, do what I'm going to do soon... and start juicing. There are recipe books available for all different types of concoctions so it doesn't need to be disgusting.
