just wondering if anyones got any tips for what to eat/do when your sick (got the flu atm) to make you feel/get better. mums chicken and rice soup helps a lil.
haven't been to the gym in 6 days, and its starting to piss me off, feel like im getting weaker/smaller by the day. also injured my left shoulder and left quad.. haven't had a break in 2 years, so i guess having some time off is over due.
if i feel a bit better tomorrow i might just go in and use the sauna and steam room, and if i got the energy try doing a full body workout.
