    what do you guys eat when your sick

    just wondering if anyones got any tips for what to eat/do when your sick (got the flu atm) to make you feel/get better. mums chicken and rice soup helps a lil.
    haven't been to the gym in 6 days, and its starting to piss me off, feel like im getting weaker/smaller by the day. also injured my left shoulder and left quad.. haven't had a break in 2 years, so i guess having some time off is over due.
    if i feel a bit better tomorrow i might just go in and use the sauna and steam room, and if i got the energy try doing a full body workout.

    Chicken soup broth, vegetable soup broth, etc. and other liquids or jello. Rice water is also good and good for you.

    I eat anything that remotely sounds good to eat at the time. It could be chicken soup or nachos. Just try to get some food in you.

    Make shakes!

    Milk, protein powder, fruit and oats. Maybe even some ice-cream if you're struggling for calories. Also try and eat good fats. If you are really keen you could add some olive oil or flax seed oil to your shakes as well
