anyone got any good 700-800 calorie high carb shakes?

I need to add a mini weight gainer shake to help get my calories in. I refuse to buy any of those sugar empty calorie shakes supplements... I want real food shakes. Anyone have any good recipes?

i been using 300 calories worth of oats,a scoop of whey protein(100 calories) a frozen banana(100 calories) and 2 cups of milk every day for the past 5 months but my throat starts to close when i chug it. i guess its my bodys way of telling me its sick of it.... i need to mix it up.

Preferably mostly carbs/protein. Because I already get alot of fat in my diet already from my 12+oz steaks and whike eggs with olive oil that i eat daily.. so i just need a shake that is high in carbs. anyone got any good receipes? (low fat, mostly carb shakes!!)

and again, i cant stress enough, no maltodexrin or sugar bs. because if i wanted to have maltodexrin shakes, i would buy gummy bears, because to me its the same thing(pure sugar without any vitamins in it!!! or fiber!! except gummy bears are tastey!!) ... i need carbs that offer micro nutrients in them!!!! and vitamins!!
so no dexrose or maltodexrin or bs weight gainer shakes.. i need real nutrient shakes...

so post your your high carb nutritious shakes that are low fat , that taste ok.

1.5 scoops protein powder (use a blend, or use 1/2 casein and 1/2 whey)
1/2 cup 1% milkfat no salt added cottage cheese
    1 cup oats
3tsp unprocessed cocoa powder, or better, cacao if you can get it
4-6 packets of splenda or stevia
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
    1/2 cup crushed ice
    1tbsp natty PB (optional)
    2tsp instant coffee

    Blend and enjoy.

You know that uncooked egg whites are only about 50% bioavailable? They do make a shake seem smoother though!

^^ that always bugged me! Isn't it just the most counter-intuitive damned thing ever? You'd think that any food in it's natural state would be more bioavailable than when cooked. But nope...

I know. How many wasted egg whites are going down our necks every year in the belief that we assimilate 100% of them. Personally, I blame Rocky!
