    Fish

    Hello,

I really want to incorporate fish into my diet. but I have the hardest time eating it. (I do take fish oils pills...)

Does anybody have good recipes and would you chose Tuna over salmon cans? do you think this thing about mercury is over hyped?

    Thanks,

Check out the recipe sub-forum for starters.

I'd choose tuna over salmon cans taste wise, because salmon is too strong for me out of the can. However, you can't go wrong with fresh fish and salmon is about as good as it gets! I do think the whole mercury thing if over hyped...

    Thanks Gbrice,

Yeah I'll check that out. When I get a new goerge forman grill I will start getting fresh fish. I have no experience in fish tasting. I heard tapilia is really tasty and good for you.

Would you still take a fish oil pill with your fish?

I find tilapia bland, but seasoned nicely, it can be great. Yes, it's excellent for you, as are many other varieties of fish.

If you're eating white fish like tilapia, flounder, roughy, etc. then yes. If you're consistently eating oily fishes like salmon, mackerel, bluefish, etc. then it's not necessary.
