Im after some help with my diet please
Im trying to lean right down
i currently weigh 16 stone i have a decent build
what sort of calorie intake can I drop to without feeling lethargic in the gym
id like to cut crabs to a min as they seem to bloat me and stick to me
attached is a photo of me now as u can see i still have a mid rift that i really want to loose
