On 500mg test E weekly and 50mg oral winny a day.
I'm on week 7 out of 10 of the test, while have only run winny for about 2 weeks, and will throughout rest of cycle
Im not even kidding, I have gained about 20 pounds. I am up to 207 now and rising daily.
I'm relatively lean, with a good amount of muscle originally. As the cycle progresses, yes I'm getting bigger but my leanness is deminishing though. I eat roughly 2500 calories a day. 260 protein. 200 carbs (complex) and 60 fat.
I also take creatine mono if that plays any part. Most forums tell me I should be eating 3500+ calories, however they do not know about the cycle.
I want to basically just gain lean muscle because I am in fitness modeling. What should I do?!
