A good diet (getting bigger)
I'm 16/5.9ft/142lbs/bf% (not sure),well basically I hit the gym 5-6 times a week,I drink 1 (maxi muscle protein) shake after a workout and 1 with my lunch,I try eat as much good stuff as possible.
What's a good diet plan for getting big ? Tell me the foods you eat for breakfast and lunch ect..
I just want to get HUGE !

You're supposed to be 18 to join the forum. Read all the stickies at the top of each section. There is a ton of good info to read up on.
When you turn 18 you can start posting and interacting with other members.
