    Hmmm, good question.

Liver about 2-4x per week. I was doing steak about 5x per week. That is gonner now, since I can't afford it.

Over all I guess now, maybe like a few times per week now.

I will be mainly running on chicken and fish now.

    Why you ask?

    Still hovering right @ 204

Still hitting fasted cardio @ least 3x a week.

Kicked in my fibre, started taking down psylium husk 2x a day.

Exactly 10 pounds to drop before I try to maintain right at 194. Then cycle again. . . . . .

Wonder if 10 pounds will make that big of a difference on my appearance. . . Only time will tell, I guess.

Still the same on the weight.

Did some good squats today. Pushed 245 4x for the 1st time ever. Felt pretty decent. . . . Semi long term goal is still 315 for all 3(deads, squat and bench).

I guess the plateau wasn't that serious since I am weighing in at 203 pounds as of this morning.

Still, doing a good carb up today with some decent foods.

Waist is right @ 35" and my arms are about a 8th under 17" <

It is what it is though, yet I still look bigger since I can actually see definition and muscle separation.

Next cycle will sure not be treated as the last one. Bigger doesn't actually mean "buffer" if I am gaining mad fat.

I think when ur not a beginner or going on ur first cycle and ur close to ur max gp aiming to keep 10lbs post pct is a really good cycle IMHO
So no need for gaining excess fat as the thing that strips muscle like no other is a calorie deficit while ur natty so it's counter productive!!!

Learned all of this from my own misstakes.

It's all good in the hood though. I learned a ton and did still gain some damn decent LBM. I look a whole lot bulkier and my strength is at least 15% higher.

Still coming @ 203 pounds today.

Seem to look better though. My waist is right @ 35" in the am arms are still almost 17.5" after a workout.

Lifts today were great as last week. So far my squats have gone up and so have my deads. Dead lifts today were real good. 135x8 185x8 235x6 185x6 135x10

    Damn good!

I wish I had a true way to check my Bf%. But, I just can't dish out cash for the bod pod. Money is tight and that money could be spent on good food.

Did just deads, mad bi's and abs until I felt like a pretzel.

Just thinking of when to run my next cycle. Since it will be d-bol and test I will be watching my diet like a hawk. No more swelling up like hot air balloon.

Weighing in at 202 this morning. I guess at least, my scale is being a turn again. 202 200.5 201.5 200.5 < Turd

    Either way. . .

Waist is right under 35" bi's are right @ 17.

According to my digital fat caliper I am right under 17% Bf. Sounds damn fair to me. . . . . I am thinking 16+ to 17 flat.

8 pounds and I should be damn good!

    ~ ~ ~200 Pounds Flat~ ~ ~

    6 to go. . . .

Been treating my cheat days shitty. Been drinking a little next cheat day we are off to the fair

But, even on cheat days I still get my protein count in. But, my carbs are from crappy sources. Not a big fan of that, but I need to still keep sanity and live a little.

    Fvck you man!

Naw, Jk I am jack ass too.

It was and it wasn't, I could have gained more from it if my diet was lets just say a real diet.

I gained about a dozen pounds of Lbm. That's aight, but it could have been the same or even better without the fat.

I learned so much about juice and how to properly diet while on while off and coming off. Too bad I was the test subject.

take a afternoon to post a thread about what you thought you knew before and what you know now. if you can help change one persons approach on using gear, would be worth while.

But, I am fairly happy with my results now. Just a back asswards way of doing it.

Well, I am pretty much done cutting down for now.

Sitting @ 196.5 as of this morning. Haven't really dropped my cals, I was pushing about 1700 daily regularly.

48 Pounds lost in slightly over three months. . . . Not bad. Not looking to do this ever again.

I am going to go to maintenance for about two weeks to a month. Then go to about a 3k calorie intake for a few weeks then start my D-Bol & Test cycle.

Total stats as of this morning:

Bi's are 16.75"(closer to 17", but 16.75 is exactly 1" more than what I had before I started my cycle).

    Weight 196.5 Pounds

Waist is a little under 34" - My 34 size pants fit loosely

This all would have been even better if I did not have to go on this diet and cut from Hell.
I think all of this was achievable without the fat. I am very happy with my current weight and shape. The cycle did well but it could have been a bit better if I did not have to do this afterwards.

    Peace out, I don't think I need a log for my maintenance. Next 1 will be cycle #2 < < <
