    Weighing in at 213 this morning. Hit a fasted walk. . . . .

How slow should I be losing weight now? I am thinking, 1-1.5 pounds a week. . . . But, man it seems slow.

I want to be in super studly shape within weeks, WTF < Ha ha ha, I wish.

Weighing in at 212.5 as of this morning

It's time to step it up a notch, running the EC and went to the gym early this morning for cardio. Strangely enough it was deserted, never been there that early. Hit 40 minutes total, 10 minutes of HIIT on a sit up bike then 30 minutes of beyond intense cardio on the elyptical.

Got a good, 15+ pounds to go.

Lowest weight yet, but my scale is a digital piece of shit. I try to do 2 out of 3 on this turd. 212 212.5 and the lowest I seen yet, 211.5

I don't know if I should take it easier or go harder. I want this damn fatness gone, but I don't want muscle loss(of course).

I like seeing the weight loss, but I just want it to be the weight I want to lose.

    Shit ain't never easy. . . . Maaaan. . . . lol

Weighing in straight at 211.5, the scale seems to be in order today.

36" on the waist and right under 17.5" on my bi's(17 and 3 quarter).

Hit some carbs Saturday, a nice half of quality pizza. That shit never tasted so good. . . . . Now back to it. Looking for the 200's next. Just don't want to push it way to hard. Still just watching on how shit goes.

    211, lowest yet.

Hoping 195 will be a good solid weight. Barely starting to see veins while working out, but I still don't like this jiggly gut.

    209.5

This is after 2 zero carb days. Not really zero, but by doing the keto method of 1 gram of carbs for 1 gram of fibre.

Both days I came in negative.

But, I can not do this too often. Both days I had horrible headaches and odd stomach pains.

Running it 30% fat 65% protein and 5% carbs.

Still on the EC stack too.

I think I will pull back on this harsh ass way to diet. I been down the road of weight loss, but this will be the last at this amount. Only 15 pounds left to go so I might as well take my time < this not mean BS and slack off.

may i ask how u got to the macro split, cuz the fat seems higher percent then what I typically see and the carbs seem very very low.

Kind of a approximation but here is my count for yesterday.

    Cals 1,950 / Carbs 24 / Fat 83 / Pro 309 / Fibre 20 from food and 6 from supps

All chicken and fish with broccoli + Low carb whey.

Still at it, not stopping. Shot back to 211 then dropped a pound then back to 209.5 pounds. Still taking it easy, carbed up for like 2-3 days at about 200G's a day. Then dropped my carbs back to under 60g's per day starting yesterday.

Starting to look into a more stable carb cycle type of diet.

It really is, that is what separates "us" from the fat man. You can't yoyo a solid diet.

    LoL. . . . Yup. . . . 15 still to go.

Got a pretty decent fat caliper, did my measurements and I am right under 20%. Not too bad if I say so myself. . . . . Another 15 pounds would be great and should put me right >13% at >195. . . . Taking it easy though. . . . No, HIIT yet. I can't wait to start it

Lifts are still real solid. Yesterday I pushed 85 pound dumbbells on the incline.

No big, hurry - - - And my juice is lost in translation at the moment anyway.

208.5 Lbs. as of this A.M. - Shit, almost forgot to post it up.

Not too bad. . . . . I'm trying to figure out what I can replace some of the whole eggs I eat with. I need the cals, but not the fat not so much.

Another day another pound. Hit my POS scale - got 207.5 then 206.6 & another 206.5. So, we will go with 207.

Kicked my cals up a bit along with more healthy whole carbs. Still on the EC stack, started taking some creatine.

Waist is slightly under 36" and bi's are a tiny bit over 17" cold. Feeling very flat, it has to be due to running low carbs this long. Still almost 17.5" on a full pump.

Debating on when to cycle next. Not, that it will be too soon since I don't have enough juice on hand.

    Today's breakfast:

Coming in @ 208.5 pounds as of this morning before I hit my fasted 45 minute walk.

    Started hitting the creatine.

Gonna be doing close to zero carb again for the next few days(more like 3-4).

According to my new digital fat caliper I am right in between 18% Bf to 20% depending on how I do the measurements.

Still planning to drop right under 195. But, a bit slower. I really don't want to lose any muscle while doing this.

    206.5 Pounds. . . . I am on day 4 of zero or negative carbs. I swear I can kill for some sugar. . . . .

Had a intense workout yesterday and did my 45 minute fasted walk this morning.

    10-12 Lbs. to go. . . . .

Waist is down to 35" or so. I can squeeze into my 34 waist pants alright.

It really is. . . But, it does work to your advantage to gain fake size.

But, it's just crap. . . . There is no point to look like a blown up juicer, for sure.

Few months of these and I will be having twice as many.

Half of a avocado and 6 ounces of chicken. . . . Get more nutritionally correct than that biotches!

207.5 Pounds as of this morning. . . . The 206.5 seemed like a bit of a fluke, so that's fine.

That is 37 pounds in less than 2 and a half months. I lost faster than I have gained the fatness. . . . .

I started at 184 pounds exactly before I ran my 1st cycle then skyrocketed to 244.5. I feel like I am pretty close in Bf% now compared to when I started, maybe a little higher now still. Another 10-12 pounds to go then I will even out for about a month. Then do a clean bulk(same diet as now, just kicked up about 35%) then kick in more juice. Same as before, test enan for about 10 weeks then prop to bridge to PCT.

Goal is to drop to the 190's and under 13% Bf, then maintain for about a month. Then bulk and juice to 205 or so and same or lower Bf%. Sounds attainable. . . .

Another day another pound or so. My POS scale sure rox, 206.5, 206 & 206 - 206 it is

Trimming down real nice. No pics until I sub 200.

Been eating this for a over a week for breakfast. Can't beat it, liver, onion with egg. . . . . 2nd carb up day. Then another zero or neg 5 to go.

Sure thing fat people, if I can lose 38+ pounds in under 3 months anyone can as long as they are healthy.

Yup, love the BlendTec. I liquify a lot of different stuff now. To tell you the truth, I rather drink a chicken shake than a powder and whatever one. At least chicken tastes like real food.

    206.5 as of this morning.

10-12 still to go. I am planning on a 1 pound to 1.5 pound a week loss until I hit my goal weight. Without slipping up this shouldn't be out of reach.

Hit chest today, on my 3rd zero carb day. Went surprisingly well, still pushing 225 on the bench < like shit though.

    For sure

Yes, plenty of cardio. . . Fasted cardio on all non lift days. I take possibly one day off per week(from what I can recall I had one complete day off in the last 2 weeks). . . Haven't even done 2 days off since I started.

Now I started doing 20 minutes of cardio post all lift sessions. Also starting a bit of Yoga BS, but just for abs. The 20 minutes is mostly tread mill jogging or very high up hill.

Coming in at 205.5 today on my POS scale. 207, 206.5 205.5, 205.5 < Whatever. . . . I would use the #'s off the gym scale, but I am never there 1st in the morning. And that's where I like to get my weigh in done.

I really do need a new scale. . . It just bounces around more and more now.

    Either way. . . . Waist is quite close to 35". Bi's are still 17" cold. Still sucking down my creatine daily. . . . . .

Carbing up today after a 5 day not carb run.
