Hey. I'm not new to lifting, but still a beginner. I'm 21 and at 135lbs. I have no knowledge about nutrition but i wish to change that and as soon as possible. I'm looking to build some lean bulk over the next few months, and i would very much appreciate some help with my diet. If anybody has any info or feedback then please let me know.
