newbie needing advice
Im 6ft 3 about 215lbs not sure on bf% just started back in the gym on first cycle and looking for good nutrition tips on what to eat and not to eat at my size im wanting to slim down in the belly but still have decent gains in size if thats possible... any suggestions are greatly appreciated..

The foods stay the same regardless of the goal IMO. The only thing that changes is quantity. A good but far from complete list:
Lean Proteins:
Boneless skinless chicken/turkey breast
egg whites
protein powders
1% milkfat cottage cheese
nonfat plain greek yogurt
white fish (tilapia, roughy, flounder, etc)
shellfish
Protein/fat combos:
Lean ground beef (I like 95/5 or better)
Lean steak cuts (top/bottom/eye round, flank, sirloin, tenderloin, etc)
oily fish (bluefish, mackerel, salmon, etc)
whole eggs
Starchy Complex Carbs:
Oats
Grits
Quinoa
Rice (brown, basmati, jasmine, etc)
Yam/sweet potato/red, white, or yellow potato
cous cous
whole grain pasta or bread (minimal)
Fibrous Complex Carbs (veggies):
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Kale
Spinach
Green Lettuces
Brussell Sprouts
Alfalfa Sprouts
Collard Greens
Green Beans
Peppers
Cucumbers
Note: Leafy green veggies are your best bet
Healthy Fat Sources:
Nuts and nut butters (peanut, almond, hazlenut, etc)
Avacado
Fish oil (great source)
Olive Oil
Flax seed/oil
Coconut Oil
Macadamia Nut Oil
etc
