Hey guys,
Im about 5 days in to my 2 week clen cycle. im taking about 100 mcgs a day at this point and feeling super shaky with a high heart rate, but those are my only sides. Im just recently getting into my lifting routine and everything and havent given my nutrition enough thought yet considering how important it is to losing body fat which is what im trying to do. Im 5' 8" about 180 lbs with about 21% bf. I would like to get down to about 15% (about 17 lb loss in body fat). Is this possible in one or two clen cycles and what foods should I be eating specifically to maximize my results, as well as any supplements I should be taking. I bought some whey protein yesterday which I plan on incorporating into my daily routine and I take a walgreens multivitamin every morning, but any advice on supplements is really appreciated to. I plan on continuing to work out after my clen cycles are done, I just wana know what to do to get the most out of it.
This is what I'm doing currently:
6:00 Wake up take my clen for the day
7:30 yogurt or protein shake
11:30 first meal, normally a sandwich with chicken and cheese and some fruit
5:00 work out
6:45 second meal, normally chicken or some other meet and salad and some other vegetable
I don't know if i should be eating more or less frequently than this since I am cutting and I am on clen. I drink about a gallon of water a day.
As far as work outs, I go 3x15 on lower weights and try to get a kind of complete work out (bis, tris, chest, shoulders, abs) and do cario for about 20 on the stair master. I know I should be doing more cardio but with my elevated heart rate on clen it makes me a little nervous to push myself too hard on the cardio.
please please please give me any advice you can. Im taking this serious and am making a bunch of lifestyle changes to make sure I am successflu.
