Need advice on this diet i created,its 3000 cal's the amount needed to maintain my body weight. i could always add cardio or add a little extra food to bulk or cut and use this as a base. im missing a carb source in meal 6, any recommendations? as well i want to add broccoli and asparagus to the diet but im not sure if i count the carbs from veggies?
