Does LBM Increase During Cutting?
Hey guys
What if I'm injesting calorie deficit and do cardio to get ripped, but at the same time lift weights and consume 1.5g of protein per lb of weight will that cause me to shred fat and gain LBM?

this is one of those "depends" type scenerios.
you can answer your own question by the use of a body fat caliper and a scale.

most people will consider it a good result to simply maintain or lose very little LBM.
if u are a fat behind (like i was) and cut it is possible for LBM to increase if u have been lazy for awhile. otherwise i wouldnt count on it.
and then if u add gear to the mix crazy things can happen.. but i couldnt comment on this from experience except that i gained LBM while cutting but i am also on TRT and my cut and TRT started about the same time.

I remember reading an article about some writer guy in canada who used to be fat then administered aas and became ripped as f#%k after 8 weeks

yeah its possible if you are new to working out, i personally have gotten a lot stronger while losing 130 lbs..
when i weighed 310 lbs... could bench 90 lbs lol
now im 177 and bench 200 so if you were way out of shape like i was it is very possible to gain lbm and lose fat
