    my cutting diet

hi guys what do you think of my cutting diet any tips would be appreciated

meal 1: 5 egg whites 1 egg yellow, with steamed broccoli peas and 2 rice crisps with flaxseed oil

meal 2: fat free yoghurt, piece of fruit some nuts

meal 3: chicken breast or steak steamed veggies with either sweet potatoes or brown rice (not both)

meal 4: can of tuna some carrot sticks or salary sticks

meal 5:chicken breast or steak with steamed veggies (no carbs for dinner)

meal 6: fat free cottage cheese with some cinnamon and almonds

*i like to change the lean meat for lunch and dinner, sometimes chicken sometimes steak and sometimes fish
*i like to take flaxseed oil and avocado oil ( helps the liver when doing and oral cycle)
*and i like to have 3 servings of veggies and 2 servings of fruit every day

so far i have lost 12kg on this diet and 6% bf

Looks good to me man. Maybe add some protein into meal 2 if you can? Protein shake if you're on the go? Up to you though. Looks decent though. Are you measuring your foods or just guessing? Having precise measurements has helped me greatly

I'd remove the yoghurt and fruit, maybe swap for some fish. I'm on a cutting dirty and in eating 2200 cals a day split 105g carbs, 325g pro n 47g fat.
Also depends what training program you are doing aswel??

If you're stuck at a certain point, take a look at my plea for help 'plateau on my current diet'. I had similar problems and <<405>> helped me alot. I've been bounching around the 203lbs mark for a while now but since I changed my diet my energy levels are up and im flying up the weight in the gym. So not getting physically lighter but defo getting more muscle building than I was before and also people are commenting on my muscle gains, and considering muscle is 18% more dense the fat I'm happy with that!.
