Just wondering if two much cardio is bad. I hit the weitghts in the morning follow by a 35 min Cardio. Later on in the envening I will do 45 min Cardio again. I want to loose alot of weight.

type of cardio matters alot. go for the heart rate at which your body will burn fat. for me its 127 beats per minute. if you aren't dieting for a show, i would only do cardio in the morning before eating, or at night after lifting weights. all of that aside. yes, you are doing too much cardio if you want to maintain your muscle mass.
