Hey fellas

I'm going into week two of my test E cycle and I'm starting to rethink my diet a little. I don't keep track of calories, but I do pay attention to carbs and protein intake. I have been doing an IF lifestyle for a couple years now and always ate clean since I was an athlete in college, I'm 30 now. I know how and what to eat but I'm a little uneducated about where shoulda have my calorie intake at. My goal is to gain an ample amount of IBM ( nothing crazy) and stay lean and long and fvcking explosive.

My smart scale is saying I need 3316 for maintenance I suppose. I don't want to gain a bunch of fat on cycle and this seems a little hard as I have really never ate that much. I have cut my IF down to. 14hr fast and am overheating pwo. Its hard to get all those calories in a 5-6 hr window of eating, specially eating clean. What can I get away with as far as maintenance calories without losing or just stalling IBM growth? I don't want to step away from IF because it has worked well, but now i am on gear so I guess things may have to change. I don't do macros (probably should) but I try to eat the same amount of protein as carbs each meal and supplement with shakes twice a day (42 grams). No sugar in my diet unless its a brown spotted banana or some strawberries with my oatmeal. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks in advance.
