    nutrition guidance when on a test cycle need some advice

    hey guys need your help i just started my test cycle......now my aim is to shed fat and gain some lean muscle.... im 86kgs height 5'9 now what other supplements would you suggest to add to my diet? am having isopure whey protien and a multivitamin aswel whats the best time to consume protien?besides postworkout......please advice me many thanks

    You should have considered this months before you started your cycle. gear doesn't make you big, chicken and brown rice does!

    He was not bashing you. He was only telling you that more research may have been needed. Either way you did the right thing by asking now.

    if you could achieve your protein goals through chicken fish and red meat , why wouldn't u wanna go this route?

    (1) You NEED Cholesterol for testosterone production and muscle development. (2) Chose lean cuts of beef with 8% or less fat.

    thanks man your advice means alot...will do aswel could you please tell me what else o food i need to be having sumthing like a diet plan i can try man it will really help me.. aswel should i continue the isopure whey protien?
